All countries of the world face such an evil as “corruption”. Moreover, in modern conditions, corruption is gradually turning from an international into a global problem.
Corruption is a negative phenomenon in modern society that requires constant careful study, a systematic approach, and comprehensive and prompt counteraction. The level and scale of corruption in the country hinder economic development, negatively affect the investment climate, reduce the image of the country, and international interest in cooperation with the Republic of Kazakhstan. Is this regard, the fight against corruption is the main priority of Kazakhstan’s state policy. Corruption is not only problem of our state, but also a problem of the whole World. All countries, including advanced ones, are currently reviewing their models of fighting corruption, talking into account new challenges, and adopting new laws and regulations to tighten responsibility for corruption.
Unfortunately, corruption currently found in all spheres of public life. In concerns the entire society and entails non-observance and violation of human rights.
In this regard, I think that corruption is a serious problem in society that requires more transparency and independence. Not a single state has been able to completely eradicate corruption, but lowering the threshold of corruption is possible. Much attention is paid to this at the highest level of government.
For its part, the State is purposefully and step-by-step pursing a course towards creating effective institutions and mechanisms for combating corruption that meet international standards.
To implement these legislative innovations, a new government agency has been created, whose work is aimed at eradicating corruption –the National Bureau for Combating Corruption.
Our state is working purposefully to prevent and prevent corruption. Kazakhstan is one of the first CIS countries to adopt anti-corruption legislation and join international conventions on this issue.
One of the important fighting corruption is mandatory compliance with the law. Absolute intolerance to any kind of corruption must be cultivated in the minds of citizens.
