General information, education

Ruslan Mametovich Daniyarov was born in 1972 in the village of Merke, Zhambyl region.

Higher education. In 1998 he graduated from the Eurasian Institute of the Market with a degree in financier - economist, in 2011 - Kostanay State University named after A. Baitursynov with a degree in Bachelor of Law.

Career

He began his career in 1990 as a cashier-receiver of the Arkalyk economic department, which is under the jurisdiction of the regional household administration, Arkalyk.

From January 1991 to August 1991 - economist of the Arkalyk medical and preventive labor workshop, Arkalyk.

From December 1991 to November 1993 - Engineer for labor and salary of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Turgay Executive Committee, Arkalyk.

From November 1993 to January 1996 – Director of the trading house of the Turgay branch of the Kamkor International Charitable Company Maksat in Arkalyk.

From March 1996 to June 1997, he worked as a category 1 specialist, tax inspector of the Department of Taxation of Individuals of the Tax Inspectorate for the Torgai region, Arkalyk.

From September 1997 to August 1998 – Tax inspector, Senior Tax inspector of the Personal Income Tax Department of the Tax Inspectorate for Arkalyk, Arkalyk.

From November 1999 to January 2003, he held the positions of Senior Tax Inspector of the Tax Registration and Document Management Department, Indirect Taxes Department, Excise Taxes Department, VAT Department, Chief Specialist of the Audit Department of the Tax Committee for the Almaty district of Astana, Astana.

From January 2003 to February 2005 - Head of the Indirect Taxes Department of the Tax Committee for the Almaty district of Astana.

From March 2005 to May 2009, Deputy Head of the Tax Department for the Almaty district of the Tax Department for Astana of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana.

From May to October 2009 – Head of the Department of Special Tax Regimes of the Tax Department for the City of Astana of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana.

From October 2009 to October 2014 - Expert, Chief expert of the Department of Large Taxpayers of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana.

From October 2014 to March 2015 – Chief Expert of the Audit Department of the Control Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana.

From March 2015 to March 2020 – Deputy Head of the Audit Department of the Control Department, the Tax Audit Department of the Tax Administration Department, the Large Taxpayers Department of the Large Taxpayers Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan.

From April 2020 to March 2022 – Head of the Department of Large Taxpayers of the Department of Large Taxpayers of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana.

From April 2022 to August 2022 – Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for Atyrau region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Atyrau.

In August 2022, he was appointed Head of the State Revenue Department for the Abai region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Semey.

Sameteev Sabirzhan Kalibaevich

Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the Abai region

 

 

General information, education

Sabirzhan Kalibaevich Sameteev was born in 1962 in the village of Sergiopol, Ayaguz district, Semipalatinsk region.

Higher education. In 2001 he graduated from Semipalatinsk State University. Shakarima majored in "economist-accountant", in 2005 - Kazakh Institute of Law and International Relations majoring in "lawyer".

Career

He started his career in July 1978. He began his service in the field of customs in June 1997 as an inspector of the customs post "Krasny Auyl" of the Semey customs of the State Customs Control of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From September 1997 to August 1999 - Inspector of the Department of Customs Protection and customs regime "Semey" of the Customs Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From August 1999 to December 2000 - Senior Inspector of the Department for Customs Escort of Goods of the Department of Customs Protection and Regime of the Main Customs Administration for the East Kazakhstan region.

From December 2000 to March 2001 - Chief Inspector of the Border Protection Department of the Customs Protection and Regime Department of the Main Customs Administration of the East Kazakhstan region.

From March 2001 to March 2002 - Acting Deputy Head of the Department for Customs Escort of Goods of the Department of Customs Protection and Regime of the Main Customs Administration for the East Kazakhstan region.

From March 2002 to January 2005, he held the positions of Chief Inspector, chief Specialist in the customs administrations of the East Kazakhstan region.

From January 2005 to November 2014, he worked as Deputy head of the department, head of the department, chief specialist, deputy head of the customs post "Semey" of the Customs Control Department for the East Kazakhstan region.    

From November 2014 to June 2019 - Deputy Head of the customs post "Semey" of the State Revenue Department for the East Kazakhstan region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Semey, 

From June 2019 to September 2022 - Head of the customs post "Semey" of the State Revenue Department for the East Kazakhstan region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Semey.

Since September 2022, he has been appointed Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the Abai region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Semey.

Mukhametkaliyev Kuanysh Shorayevich

Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the Abai region

 

General information, education

Mukhametkaliev Kuanysh Shotayevich was born on May 20, 1976 in the city of Semipalatinsk, Semipalatinsk region.
Higher education. In 1994, he graduated from the Semipalatinsk Financial and Economic College named after R.Baiseitov with a degree in finance. In 1999, he graduated from the Semipalatinsk State Financial Institute with a degree in economics. In 2012, he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law Innovation University with a degree in jurisprudence.

Career

Labor activity began with September 1994, when the tax inspector removed the population of the Tax Inspectorate in the Kokpektinsky District of the Semipalatinsk region.
From October 1995 to February 1998 – a tax inspector for the study of documents, the senior tax inspector of the tax inspection of legal persons in the Kokpektinsky District of Semipalatinsk region.

From September 2022 to December 2023 – head of the State Administration for Semipalatinsk Department of State Administration for Abay KGD GF RK.
From December 21, 2023, the deputy head of the Department of State Affairs of the Abai KGD GF RK will be appointed.

Abdrakhmanov Murat Kairgeldinovich

Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the Abai region

Abdrakhmanov Murat Kairgeldinovich was born on July 08, 1971 in the city of Tselinograd, Tselinograd region.

Higher education. In 1996, he graduated from Akmola Agrarian University with a degree in mechanical engineering. In 2003, he graduated from the Financial Police Academy with a degree in law. In 2017, he completed his master's degree at the Financial University.

Career

He began his career in November 1994 as an inspector of the passenger department of the Customs Administration in the Akmola region of Astana.

From December 1998 to January 2002 – Chief inspector of the customs post "Airport" of the Main Customs Administration in Astana.

From January 2002 to December 2004 - Chief Inspector of the Petropavlovsk Customs Clearance Center of the Department of Customs Control in the North Kazakhstan region, Petropavlovsk.

From December 2004 to March 2008 – Head of the Petropavlovsk-Avto customs post of the Department of Customs Control in the North Kazakhstan region, Petropavlovsk.

From April 2008 to August 2010 - Head of the customs post "Energetiy" of the Department of Customs Control in the North Kazakhstan region, Petropavlovsk.

From August 2010 to October 2013 – Head of the customs post "Petropavlovsk–Center for Customs clearance" of the Department of Customs Control in the North Kazakhstan region, Petropavlovsk.

From November 2015 to February 2017, he was the Head of the Post-Customs Control Department No. 2 of the Audit Department of the State Revenue Department for the City of Astana of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From February 2017 to May 2018, he was the Head of the On-site Customs Inspections Department of the Post-Customs Control Department of the State Revenue Department for the city of Astana of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From June 2018 to November 2020 - Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the city of Almaty of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From November 2020 to December 2023 - Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the Turkestan region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since December 11, 2023, he has held the position of Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the Abai region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2020, he was awarded the Yerligi Ushin Medal, in 2016 - the Jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Republikasyn tauelsizdigine 25 zhyl".
