The Department of State Revenue for the Abai region recalls that the fee for the use of surface water resources (hereinafter referred to as the fee) is charged for types of special water use carried out on the basis of a permit document of the authorized body in the field of use and protection of the water fund, water supply, sanitation.

On the compliance with ethical norms and standards

Compliance with ethical standards occupies a special position in the public service system. In order to define rules and norms aimed at shaping the culture and behavior of civil servants, the Code of Honor of Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Rules of Offical Ethics of Civil Servants) was approved in 2005 by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

“Measures for the forced collection of tax debts”

Measures for forced collection of tax debt are provided for in Chapter 14, Article 121 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget” dated December 25, 2017 No. 121-VI (hereinafter referred to as the Tax Code).

In the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, taxpayers are individuals who have the following objects of taxation on the right of ownership: residential buildings, buildings, summer cottages, garages, parking spaces and other structures, structures, premises, as well as land plots.

The tax base for these objects of taxation is the cost of objects of Taxation, determined as of January 1 of each year following the state corporation "government for citizens".

The problem of corruption in various areas of activity of state authorities and management has currently acquired a global and systemic character. Corruption poses a direct threat to national security, hinders the development of institutions of democracy and civil society in our country, and obstructs citizens' realization of their constitutional rights. Additionally, corruption negatively impacts the development of the economy, as well as the financial system and the entire infrastructure of the Republic of Kazakhstan in general.

Refunds of paid amounts of state duty are carried out by the SRA (state revenue authority) in accordance with Art. 108 of the Tax Code.

State duty is paid to the budget by taxpayers for various actions, transactions, execution of documents, and receipt of documents from authorized government bodies.

There are two budget classification codes for paying state duty:

108125 State duty credited to the republican budget. The state fee for obtaining an apostille and the consular fee are paid for this code.

In accordance with paragraph 3 of paragraph 1 of Article 1 of the Tax Code, social payments are mandatory pension contributions, mandatory professional pension contributions, mandatory employer pension contributions, social contributions paid in accordance with the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deductions and contributions for mandatory social health insurance paid in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Compulsory Social Health Insurance” (hereinafter referred to as Social Payments).
