- tax directions – 448,892 or 86.5% of the total number of public services, of which 447513 were provided electronically, on paper 1379 or 0.30% of the total number of tax services;

- customs direction – 70275 or 13.5% of the total number of public services, 69727 of them were rendered electronically, 548 or 0.8% of the total number of customs services on paper.
