As part of the continuation of work on the phased implementation of the «Keden» customs information system, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is putting into operation the functionality for providing preliminary information on goods intended to be imported into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union by road.

Starting from February 17, 2025, the provision and processing of preliminary information at automobile checkpoints will be carried out at the Keden IP.

The preliminary information is used by the customs authorities to speed up customs operations and optimize customs control.

In turn, the early submission of preliminary information makes it possible to shorten the time required for customs operations and integrated control of related services upon arrival of goods and vehicles on the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.

Instructions on how to fill in and register preliminary information when moving goods by road in the system are posted on the main page on the portal. https://keden.kgd.gov.kz.
